  Bought a house which had a Hicksgas propane tank on premises, which I didn't want. Hicksgas were scheduled to pick up their tank the day of close, and I was to have a new tank delivered the very next day so as to not go without hot water or heat. Well, rain was in the forecast so Hicksgas called to cancel their pickup appointment and said they'd call with a new date and time. Hicksgas never called. They did however retrieve their tank yesterday (Friday) without notifying me, which I only discovered after kicking the hot water heater for the last hour thinking it was malfunctioning. So, needless to say, I wasn't allowed to schedule my new tank's delivery accordingly, and thus am without hot water and furnace for the weekend. Thanks for the courtesy you sorry sacks of excrement.
